Graveyard of the Peaks is the eighth level in Blasphemous. This page features a walkthrough of this area, including information on any collectibles you'll find including Cherubs, Quest Items, and more.

Graveyard of the Peaks

When you first enter Graveyard of the Peaks, go to the left and slide under the wall. In this area, you'll find that the wind occasionally blows, pushing you in either direction. Go left first and be sure to have the Blood Perpetuated in Sand equipped. This will allow you to climb up and get the Cherub floating just above.

As you drop down, the floor will break allowing you to go down to collect the Anklebone of Weston, the Pilgrim.

Jump back up and go left to the Prie Dieu to activate it, save your game and replenish your flasks.

Continue on to the left and you'll see the merchant's room again, enter and in here you'll find that she's selling:

• Torn Bridal Ribbon - costing 800 Tears of Atonement
• Calcified Eye of Erudition - this reveals the essence of enemies, costing 1200 Tears of Atonement
• Ember of the Holy Cremation - this increases the defence of anyone who carries it, costing 5000 Tears of Atonement

Once you've purchased what you want, leave the merchant's room and continue left.

You'll come to a room with a Cherub, a lift and a door on the far left. Jump over and go through the door, to collect the Immaculate Bead Rosary Beads. Interact with the statue if necessary, to be rid of Guilt then exit the room.

Go into the lift and jump up to the platform on the right, where the lever is. Jump onto the lift, then up to the ledge on the left to collect a Knot of Rosary Rope.

Get into the lift and go down, to be returned to Albero and to get the Cherub, you saw earlier.

While you're here, if you haven't already done so, give the Incense Garlic to Tirso, to help with his side quest. He'll give you Tears of Atonement in return. You can also go outside, to the building where you can take remains, and give the Remains of Tentudia's Hair over. This too will give you Tears of Atonement.

Go Back up in the Lift

Return to Graveyard of the Peaks by taking the lift back up, go back through the door to the right and to where you first entered this area. Use your sword to climb up, then go to the right and jump on the floating ledges to keep going up. You'll encounter another new type of enemy here, one carrying a stone on its back.

Climb up and go over to what looks like a statue sticking out from the wall. This will attack as you approach, so hit it until you break to reveal a plank you can use to climb up.

Head over to the left, and be careful with these floating planks as they'll drop if you stay on them for too long. As you enter the next section, a floating enemy with a bell will be there to attack you as you try to cross.

Get rid of this, so you can focus on another one of the living statues just above. Climb up here and you'll see a path to the left and a path to the right. Just above is also a Cherub.

Go right as you'll loop around to the area on the left by following this path anyway. As you go right, you'll come to an area with a floating enemy, a visible item on the right as you climb up the left, there will be another item and enemy.

Deal with the first floating enemy with the bell, and then climb up to take out the second one. You can use the wind here to jump across to the first item on the bottom right, this is another Empty Bile Vessel. Use the wind to jump back across, then climb up and do the same for the second item, the Occipital of Tequila, the Metalsmith. Continue climbing up, and then go off to the left.

Take out the enemy and you'll see a path off to the left and a ladder up. Go to the path off to the left first, drop down to pick up a Muted Bell.

Now drop down and slide through to the left, take out the floating enemy and jump over to the far right to deal with the enemy in the wall. With the Blood Perpetuated in Sand equipped, you'll see a blood ledge you can use to reach the Cherub in the right-hand corner.

Keep climbing up and use the broken ladder to reach the top. Go over to the left and into a room with a fountain.

Use this to refill an Empty Bile Vessel. Leave the room and climb over to the right, attacking the enemy in the wall to reveal the plank. Climb up and jump over to the left. Take out the two enemies patrolling and the one in the wall so you can safely pick up the Parietal bone of Lassar, the Inquisitor.

Then go over to the right. Drop down from here, then go across to the broken ladder on the right. Climb up and use the wind to make the jumps as the gap is quite wide. Deal with the floating enemy, then go over to the right and hit the wall to reveal a secret passage.

In here, you can anoint yourself with the Oil of the Pilgrims. Anoint yourself and the maximum amount of fervour will increase.

Go back out of this room, then over to the left and break the enemy in the wall to access the plank to jump up. Climb the ladder and you'll be met by two floating enemies. Take these out. Then use the planks on the left, to climb up. Make use of the wind here to make the jump. Climb up, then go right first (using the wind) to reach the Piece of Tombstone. Drop back down and climb up again, heading left this time. Go all the way to the end of this area, and into the building. Another scene will play out here, as you enter.

Once inside, you'll be in the Covenant of Our lady of the Charred Visage.
